We are located in Echo Bay, Ontario, about 30 minutes east of the bordertown of Sault Ste. Marie.  Our 250 acre ranch is situated in the beautiful Sylvan Valley area. The Bar River runs through our property giving us lush pastures and quality hay fields.

     We have spent the past 20 years building our broodmare band.  We started with 2 stallions (1 overo and 1 tobiano) to breed to our mostly foundation bred mares, which include the Sugar Bars, Tardy Too, Jackie Bee, Sonny Dee bar, Painted Robin and Doc Doll bloodlines right on there papers.

We also have quarter horse mares with Sugar Bars, Doc O'Lena, Two Eyed Jack, Doc's Oak, Docs Nunance, Leo Hancock Hays, Dry Doc, Hollywood Dun It, Smart Little Lena, Freckles Playboy  bloodlines right on there papers.

     We have also expanded to breeding working cow horses.  All our horses are raised and bred in the rugged country of Northern Ontario to be strong and hardy.  We are now able to offer top-quality paint and quarter horses for all disciplines.

     The ranch is owned and operated by Mert Alcock Sr.
